The Audit Committee was established at the general shareholder meeting of Advantest Public Limited on December 12, 2008. The Audit Committee acts on the basis of the regulations of the Audit Committee and exercises control over the financing and operating activities of Advantest Public Limited, its bodies, officers, subdivisions and services, branches, representation offices, and subsidiaries. The Audit Committee consists of five people.
