Last year was the most successful for UMH since the 2008 financial crisis. In 2010, the company’s net profit was positive USD 4.087 mln.

Consolidated revenue for 2010 increased by 27.3% year-over-year to USD 112.586 mln and consolidated EBITDA rose by 52.5% to USD 17.981 mln.

In 2010, all of UMH’s key business units had positive EBITDA. This was the first time for Telenedelya magazine in Russia and the group’s distribution network in Ukraine. Revenue from Russian operations increased by 36%, while EBITDA from Russian operations amounted to USD 0.870 mln.

UMH’s EBITDA margin improved by 2.7 percentage points year-over-year to 16%.
