Boris Lozhkin
Chairman of the Board and President of UMH-
Mr. Lozhkin has managed media businesses for 20 years and is one of the best managers in the post-Soviet media market. In 1994, he founded Telenedelya weekly paper which subsequently grew into the international group UMH. Board member of the World Association of Newspapers and News Publishers WAN-IFRA.

Prize winner of “Personality of the Year – 2003,” “Russia’s Best Media Manager – 2008”. He also won the national round of the international competition “Entrepreneur of the Year – 2008” organized by Ernst & Young.

Arkadiy Yevstafyev
Board Member, Director General, Energeticheskiy Soyuz investment holding-
Mr. Yevstafyev has been a board member at United Media Holding since 2010. He has been recognized as an expert in finance and energy. He has experience in the media market as Deputy Director General of Russian Public Television. He was awarded the Order of Merit, II grade (Russian Federation).

He is a graduate of Saratov State University, Diplomatic Academy of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the USSR and Moscow Energy Institute (Technical University). He has an MBA.

Leonid Makaron
Board Member-
Mr. Makaron has been a shareholder and board member at United Media Holding since 2008. He has 20 years of experience in media as the founder and president of the Pronto Moscow publishing house.

He is a board Member of the World Association of Newspapers and News Publishers WAN-IFRA. Mr. Makaron also won the “Media Manager of Russia – 2008” award. Education: Harvard Business School (USA).

Grigoriy Shverk
Board Member, First Vice President of UMH-
Mr. Shverk has been in the media business for 14 years, and has been a board member at UMH for 12 years. He is a graduate of the Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute and Higher State Course for Patenting and Invention.

He studied in the International Center for Privatization, Investments and Management, and holds a certificate from the Corporate Leadership School in corporate management.

Nadezhda Shalomova
Board Member, director of UMH business editions group-
Ms. Shalomova has 20 years of experience in managing printed media operations. She oversaw the magazine Argumenty i Fakty since 1999; Focus magazine since 2006, and Forbes since 2011.

Since 2011, she has been in charge of the UMH Publishing House business editions segment. In 2009, she was awarded the title “Honored Journalist of Ukraine”. Ms. Shalomova has a higher technical education.
